Everything was perfect! The room was spacious and clean. The staff are wonderful. They can speak English and Russian fluently. They will help you, answer all your questions and recommend places to visit. Selcuk is amazing, he's polite and has got a great sense of humour. The cleaning was also good. They changed bed linen and towels, which were fresh and white, and gave us 2 bottles of water a day. We didn't have any problems with hot water. There's water, tea and instant coffee in the lobby. Apple tea is worth trying! We had a kettle in the room and they gave us an iron. The location is perfect! The main landmarks, a tram station and good cafes are close to the hotel. You should definitely stay here!

The hotel is in walking distance of all of the big attractions (Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern) and with a easy access to tram its only a a short trip to the ferrys, Balat and Galata Tower. The hotel room is small (as expected) and as desciribed, but its perfect for a short stay. Clean and good standard. Hospital staff that gives you and introduction and an overview over the city and the attractions when you arrive the hotel.

The hotel is well located, the center of the city is really close and there are a lot of places like restaurants, laundry stores etc around the hotel. The bed was comfortable and there wasn't much noise during the night so we could sleep good.

Great Hotel! My husband and I had a great time at this hotel while exploring Istanbul. The location is 5 min walking distance from the tram stop which brings you everywhere you want to go. Its walking distance from the Blue Mosque, Haga Sofia, the Big Bazaar, traditional Hammam and allot of Mosques and shops. Allot of nice restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner on walking distance. The hotel is right is the middle of the city, but far down enough that its a quiet location. We had such a blast in Istanbul and where so pleased with the perfect location of the hotel, that we extended our stay for a week. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

Great value for money! The room exceeded our expectations, much bigger and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. Close to restaurant and cafes, Blue Mosque and tram stop.

I liked the service, especially receptionist Ali Barati was very friendly and open to help us at any time and with anything. He even organized an airport transfer for us even though we ordered last minute. Overall, hotel is located in a central area but we were overwhelmed by hills cuz the hotel located uphill so keep in mind that you will have to climb a lot.

It's not the Hilton or something like that. But, for the cost and location, it's great. I appreciated the staff. All in all a great place.

I have visited Istanbul several times and always stay at this hotel. The rooms are lovely, the location is wonderful (5 mins to metro stop and short walk to Sultanahmet) and the staff are fantastic - very helpful, kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to Ali who helped with transfers and gave us advice for the city!

The reception staff was always incredibly helpful and friendly, 5 star for the service I would come back anytime! Please if you see the man with Rozalia, buy from him he is loyal and respectful, hotel is grate, staff the same ! Recommend to anyone who is reading!
